Refund policy

Because our products are made to order and edible/perishable, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.

This policy is in addition to (and does not limit) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1) Change of mind

We do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind after your order has shipped, including (but not limited to):

  • ordering the wrong item

  • deciding you no longer want the item

  • finding the item cheaper elsewhere

  • no longer needing the item by the delivery date

2) Issues with your order (damaged, faulty, incorrect, missing, delivery problems)

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@sugarshoppe.com.au as soon as possible and include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos (and where relevant, photos of the packaging)

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Common issues we can help with

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item received

  • Missing items

  • Faulty/unsafe/not as described (for example, a quality issue that indicates the product is not of acceptable quality)
